Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Westford

WOW, the worst customer service experience ever! I certainly don't expect 5 star dining, or I wouldn't be going to Dominoes, but I expect quality customer service. I ordered from the Westford, MA location at 6pm (just a pizza and some wings.) Once I got the email confirming my order, I started tracking it. The estimated time for curbside pickup was between 6:54pm and 7:04pm (no biggie, right?) We left to pick it up at 6:30 because we live about 20 minutes away (shows how much we really wanted this pizza dinner!) I texted "HERE" as instructed by the email to alert the workers that I was ready. My pizza tracker still showed in the prep phase, even at the time my order was said to be ready. At 7:10, well over the hour mark, my boyfriend went inside to check on the order. He was told they're extremely busy and we'll have to wait. We waited another 10 minutes (7:20) at which time I was beyond frustrated and went inside to ask for a refund. I received no apologies, no offering to make it right, nothing. This was one of the worst fast food experiences and I will never be returning to this location (chances are I won't be a Domimoes customer anymore.) I often tell people that my life took place in two parts. The one moment that divides the two halves was my first time ordering a delivery from domino's. These two halves of me are very different. Before the delivery, I was in a dark place, with no end in sight. I spent over $600 on micro transactions on Clash of Clans. But one lonely night I decided to order Domino's delivery. I was immediately lifted 10 feet out of the darkness as soon as I read that Pete the Pizza man was going to be making my pizza. The best part was the adrenaline rush when the doorbell to my sweet beach condo rang. I ran straight through a table and knocked over my television. I literally ran straight towards the door. I accidentally knocked over my mother's urn, but that was not important at the time. It is obviously an issue now, but we don't need to get into that (Unless you want to). Worse store ever in Westford. I ordered 2 large pizza by phone. When I arrived to pick up my order. There was one girl making pizza. Playing her phone with bare hand and touching here and there and touching dough with same hands without washing them. I asked her you don't have gloves? Or you don't like to put on those gloves. She made excuses and told me that she is only one person in there and she has to take the phone calls and all ordered. And manager asked her not to put on any gloves when making pizza. I don't understand, they serve customers with their dirty hands????!!!!! I wanted to cancel my order. But I didnot. And took home and open the pizza. It was the worst one i ever ate pizza this nasty. Half of the pizza had only cheese and in half there were toppings on it. I am eating Domino's pizza for last 5 years and got the worst one here...
