Oh where has my good pizza gone??

We have been customers of Pizzeria Presti for over 15 years. We have had many wonderful pizza’s from this place. But lately there has been so many problems. Once we waited over 90 minutes for the pizza to come and when it finally did it was ice cold. Even though we live 1 mile away the driver apparently got lost. THEN then went back to make another pizza so all told we waited 2 hours for dinner – not acceptable! Tonite we decided to give them another chance –we ordered again (mind you the same order we place every time) and I knew somehow it was going to be screwed up. Well, guess what? It was! Not only did they bring a pizza with the wrong toppings but they forgot the soda we ordered.

Fast forward to waiting another 30 minutes – they bring the pizza we originally ordered but bring THE WRONG KIND OF SODA! Who is running this place now??? Seriously. We are SOOO disappointed in this place I told them they have lost us as customers. If I had a customer who was loyal for 15 years I would try to do better. Seems like Pizzaria Presti is going down the tubes…...Well, I guess its time we look for a new pizza place. Shame on you,...

12 years ago, Pizza Presti (pizza) was awesome, they used a sweet sauce and real 100% ground beef, it had a nice crunchy crust you looked forward too. Fast forward to the new owners and the pizza no longer has the sweet sauce, sometimes they use the old dough from the day or maybe two day's Pryor and I could tell the dough was old, the hamburger is not 100% hamburger, instead they use a meatloaf type of mix.. I'm all set with that, they can keep it.. I will drive 10 miles to North Chelmsford by the railroad tracks to get a real hamburger pizza before I order from pizza presti again! Now my review is only about the pizza, maybe other food items are good at pizza presti, they do get a lot of business from locals.

Update: decided to try a meatlovers pizza today 09/4/2024. I have to say it was pretty good, ingredients were sausage, real hamburger, peperoni, thick pieces of bacon, and ham! We decided to try this place because we received a menu and coupons in the mail and it seemed around the price of one of our usual places. However, the food was horrendously not worth what we paid for it. Anything that was fried was either burnt to a crisp or soggy, the pizza had no flavor besides the seasonings they sprinkled on top with the consistency of chewy cardboard, and the bread of the tuna triple decker was very stale with very burnt bacon. The pizza, the Pepperoni Fiesta, was supposed to have pieces of feta on it. There was a small sprinkle of tiny crumbs of feta in some places, thats it. The Arancini Rice Balls are advertised to have ground beef peas and mozzarella inside. There was only mozzarella inside the rice balls. I am very much not pleased with the food quality and I do not believe I will be ordering from this establishment any time soon. I do not recommend this food to anyone. Especially since a few minutes after eating, my roommate had to run to the bathroom complaining about...
