Burger Corner — Restaurant in Westland

The restaurant is located inside of a gas station, but don’t let that deter you. There is an open view of the kitchen, everything was clean, and the owner used gloves when handling and preparing food. He was welcoming, pleasant, and generous. He gave me a side of fries while I waited for my food which I thought was very kind. I watched how he spoke with other customers, and each encounter was a pleasant one. My food was made to order, fast and fresh, and he had no issue honoring my special request (I wanted grilled sourdough instead of a sesame bun). He answered all of my questions, and suggested that I get cheese sauce in my hot Cheeto balls but I was skeptical, so he had me try it on just one and it did not miss. He put it on the ground beef ball, and it was delicious with that jalapeno sauce. My burger was very good as well, next time I will definitely get an extra patty, not that it lacked, it was just that good! I got the spicy burger on grilled sour dough, definitely recommend. I will be back to try more menu items. Didn’t realize that this place was in a gas station/store. I think this company tried to like “expand” menu items and aren’t doing the best at that. The chicken is Coney Island chicken and the chicken sandwich is literally a chicken patty (did not expect that at all). I’ve only ordered from Uber eats when ordering here. I’ve had this place twice. Last night I ordered tenders, cheese burger, chicken sandwich and chicken wings. Although the chicken wings are basic it was well priced and good. My 7yr old enjoyed the tenders. They look like the ones you warm up in an oven. Not homemade. I maybe wrong though. The cheese burger is very good.
