Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westland

This is by far the BEST Dunkin Donuts in our area. Crippling ice storm w/ no power for days This Dunkin open and able to get hot coffee and really tasty food, actually even HAD donuts, fresh baked chocolate croissants every morning, the best thing though was the employees, manager(?) Every worker I had contact with was above & beyond in service with lines to get in, people frazzled with the storm issues , workers remained calm and considerate and even offered me a bag to carry my goodies as Noticed I had a cane, so one available arm for all + purse, it was so appreciated! I went back same day for more coffee and asked if they could warm my half eaten sandwich from earlier am, the young man was glad to do it, smiling while he took it. The gals who waited on me were pleasant , thoughtful asking if I wanted a couple creams to take home. I cant express enough how this location IS the absolute best! Clean, well run business, one that easily communicates that they appreciate their customers & and will be there to provide the BEST COFFEE and FOOD when you visit. I will never go to any other location, NO comparison, absolutely the BEST DUNKIN DONUTS,...

I’m not sure if he’s the owner or manager here but he is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and he has always been so kind , he makes sure all the customers are taken care of , he builds relationships with his customers , it’s been awhile since I’ve came in and he told me “long time no see” which meant he remembers me, most people trying to run a business now days would never , I was only in there for like 10 minutes and I seen him refer to multiple customers by name, I think that’s amazing , ontop of that he will come around and hold the door for his customers when he can. Just now my order was accidentally handed out to someone else so I was just sitting there waiting and they weren’t even making my stuff , I had no clue , but he realized my stuff was taking to long and figured out the problem and had them hurry my order up. I think it’s amazing that he puts this effort in and we need more people like that in this world. I wish I knew his name so I could put it here , but If you’ve ever been here I’m sure you know who I am...

What a great Dunkin' Donuts to get donuts, coffee, news and morning sunshine from!  The staff here are very positive.  The management is efficient and stays in the background making the donuts.  The dining area is kept clean and tidy.  The donuts are always well stocked, though the choices vary from time to time.  The coffee is always hot and fresh.  I've never had to wait for it to be made here.  The parking lot is kept in good repair.  The store is easy to see from off of Wayne Road.  The parking lot is a good size with a few extra spaces in the back.  The only detraction I would note is the placement of the cigarette ash tray right at the door - of course this has to do more with the customers than the store.  It looks a lot better at the entrance since this was put here.

Their seasonal donut selections are enjoyable and attractive.  Their staples are fresh and tasty.  I really like the apple...
