Mickey's Dairy Twist Too — Restaurant in Westland

Okay I don’t know what is going on this season but service is terrible! We have been coming here bare minimum once a week (sometimes three times a week) for the last 4 years. I’m not sure if the new hires just don’t care or if they have not been properly trained. Last three times we got the same exact ice creams, and all three times the price was different. I don’t mind paying due to the fact that I add extra toppings, but different price for the same thing?? I DON’T LIKE THAT! To top it off, depending on who is making your ice cream depends on the taste and amount. There has been ZERO CONSISTENCY this year. Not only are they charging me whatever they feel like, but now the product doesn’t even taste the same?? There was only two people in front of us today so you can’t even blame the hap-hazardous way the toppings were thrown in with no care for taste on a rush!! There is no excuse! We will not be back for a longggg time, if we ever decide to come back. You just lost regulars, please learn to train...

Worst experience! This is my favorite ice cream place to go to, and I visit very often. I ordered my ice cream and it was served to me differently this time. I’m very particular in my food and I always order the same thing. Receiving it I was hesitant because this isn’t what it normally looks like. The person who made my order was the owner. Normally it’s teenagers and they are all nice. Except the owner was very rude to me. She rolled her eyes numerous times, while just not caring about how I felt. She offered to make something else, but at this point why would I accept anything from her? Especially when she’s having a nasty attitude. When I told her I wanted my money back she said No and refused! That was crazy to me. I was only $6 but I didn’t deserve to be treated so...

Unfortunately every time we visit they can't get the order correct. This is the case for today. We stopped in at 10:45pm, no one in line, and ordered 2 flurries and got home to find out they were both wrong. I called and they said that we would have to drive back up tonight to get it fixed or money returned. I asked if we could stop in tomorrow and she said that it had to be now as it was there policy. It's now 11pm and raining out. So here we are back up there again. This is unfortunate cause we will not be returning here. It sucks cause when they made our order correct it...
