I always appreciated the delicious food, the prompt, personal, and courteous customer service that myself and all (my friends, neighbors, workplace, etc ) have experienced with this local business. However, one evening last week a night manager (?-he said his name is Larry) changed my mind when I felt extremely caught off guard as he was extremely, out of pocket, rude to me when I was picking up one of my usual favorites. He was seemingly seething with anger that I stepped into the lobby to pick up my order with my ESA which was never a problem for the past 3 years. This night manager, screamed at me saying he didn't like my dog and that he had been watches us, regularly, as we walk routinely in the area. He said if it was up to him we wouldn't be allowed to be welcomed anywhere, inside or outside any place. My dog's only 3 and ESA certified. He went through training as a puppy to be an ESA. He used to get very excited to see other dogs and bark loudly but has NEVER BIT ANYONE OR ANYTHING EVER. SO I GUESS HE REALLY HAS A PROBLEM WITH ME! He shouldn't be working with ppl if he can't keep his personal feelings in check. I did absolutely nothing to deserve or provoke his verbal attack. I did email the owner at the listed email, for responses that are less than stellar reviews, and followed up with a call the next morning to report the incident but the staff who answered the phone, the owner is not at work or expected in. To be fair, I waited over a week to hear back a response to my complaint before editing my previous 5 Star post. Also, I have now included the details I shared with the owner in that email as I will not waste anymore of my time waiting for a response. I considered the owner to be a friend at one time, he used to take time out to come outside and chat with me about life in general whenever my dog and I came up there. Even he and his staff treated my dog to treats, pets, and lots of love whenever we came there. There's other businesses in the area to patronize that still value their loyal, repeat, and faithful consumers and those who may require, at times, accomodations of an ESA. We found a few new places who have professional customer service and assured us they'd never condone such behavior from an associate...

Ordered two pizza rolls online. DONT DO THAT ! ! ! We got rolls all F'ed up and when called was told. We see this and we see that online. I don't care. We didn't get what we wanted and then told you we're charged for all extra this and that. What a joke ! Don't order online. Don't order at all honestly. If you do chance it. Call. Get a name. And better hope you get your ranch and the right stuff.

We enjoy pizza rolls from here often.
Lately. When you order. ( Last two times ). The rolls are lighter and lighter. Ask for extra sauce and cheese. Super light. This last experience. We ordered the 16 inch with bread and pop. Asked for double cheese and sauce, both toppings pepperoni.
The pizza clearly had half the pepperoni. And maybe regular cheese and sauce alittle more.
For the charge. Was not happy the last two times for pizza rolls and the pizza for the charge left us asking why.
We will cut back on our visits for a while and try other places to compare. Close to the house. Yes. Time to try different avenues. Yes.

Read moreSo it's super bowl Sunday 2019 I order a cheese pizza, half slab of ribs dinner and 2 lbs worth of wings, around 40 bucks. This is standard price, no big deal. I am very polite despite the guy taking my order being somewhat rude over phone. Ok maybe they have a huge rush its superbowl. Pick the food up theres like 10 guys working half just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Ok...get the food go home, ribs very sub par, wings were all really fatty and not that appetizing, cheese pizza could have came from the skating station in Canton I couldn't really tell, but very low quality. I asked for more ranch and the guy says he only has 12 cups left, I asked for two more, should have just stuck with the original cup. This whole experience made me not want to come back even though I live like right across the street. I would have gladly went to a bigger pizza chain knowing I could have gotten better quality all the way around. Just honestly disappointed in the experience in general.
