Hayley! I wish you were open more days because I LOVE your food :) Yes, her hours and days are limited but if you are in Weston when she is open you MUST go! This trip my son had the breakfast burrito and I had the veggie breakfast bowl. My son said his burrito was great! It is not served with salsa and is dry without it so order a side of salsa if you get this. I ordered the breakfast veggie bowl that had quinoa and lots of fresh veggies in it along with scrambled eggs on top. What put it over the top was the basil aioli! OMgoodness!!!! Sooooooo good! We just tried Hayley's for the first time, and we were completely blown away. I had an unsweetened tea and he had a black cold brew- both were fresh and tasted awesome. I had the Breakfast Sammy and he had the Burrito, and both were just absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and high quality. Every flavor worked well together, and the quality and effort was obviously placed on delivering high quality and delicious food.
