Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Weston

Worst experience with Pappa Johns this evening. Ordered online at 5:20 at 6:00pm wrong order was delivered! Apparently there were two orders in the same community! I was given there’s driver left and when I called the young lady was already aware of the error and advised they were redoing our order and would be delivered immediately! Well at 7:00 pm still no order! Just spoke with the same young lady 10 minutes prior and was told order was out with driver a while ago! I then gave them another 10 minutes and called and spoke with manager, when asked where was the order he could not really answer and placed me on hold! Finally comes back and stumbled with his words trying to apologize but still could not say where my order was! He had thale audacity to say a man answered the door, I had to explain not at my address! They obviously delivered the food to wrong house again! And did nothing to correct their wrong! Don’t understand how this situation went from bad to worse and absolutely no proper service recovery on their end! This was definitely poor management! Ordered plain cheese pizzas for a kids birthday party. The order came wrong - they promised they would redeliver and then never did. When I called back the manager basically said ‘not my problem’ as it was a delivery service, even after I explained the other employee had promised to remake them and we had been waiting on the pizza. We were left hanging with hungry kids at a party. Would have paid double to just get the right pizzas redelivered. They were so unkind and unhelpful. We ordered from a different local restaurant who made our pizzas correctly in about 15 minutes and saved the day. Would never order from Papa John’s again. Not just that a mistake happened but that the manager was so unkind in their response and unwillingness to remake the pizza (after the other employee promised to take care of it!). Kind of a weird experience ordering here. Teenagers on shift, they were backed up. Some other teenagers came, one of them put on an apron and started helping them out. The manager and an employee were cleaning something by the front door and didn't greet me. What do u expect though, it's Papa Johns not a five star pizza joint. They probably don't want to be at work. Understandable, I was a teenager once. I just think they could be led better and improve their professionalism. I'm always skeptical about all this because it usually trickles down to how they treat food safety and cleanliness. Then again, it's just a Papa Johns.
