Ice cream, what's not to like! There's more than just ice cream here, the menu is extensive. Lots of decent choices for drive in type food. They do a steady serving of lobster rolls & clam cakes. The most popular menu item by far is ice cream. The choice range from hard ice cream, soft serve w/limited flavors, hard frozen yogurts, fruit flavored swirls, shakes, floats, sundaes, cone choices are sugar, plain & waffle, as well as cups -bowls of ice cream depending on how many scoops you get! The largest selection (flavors) by far is on the hard ice cream. They have a very large sign/menu out front w/flavors listed. They also allow samples however w/covid restrictions in place this year I'm not sure if they are offering samples. One thing they do differently here is in regards to requested toppings of sprinkles, these are prepackaged & you have to put them on yourself. The parking lot this year has been filled steadily even w/covid restrictions in place & they are being enforced here, CHEERS! Not enough of businesses are truly doing what they should be doing, & those places should be reported! Handy Hill is a very popular seasonal place & worth the trip! On a hot day expect a line. No inside service, but plenty of parking & a fair amount of picnic tables....

This will be the last time that I eat, instead of asking for a verification for the stub of the ticket, they gave my food away to a gentleman with a language barrier. I heard the staff talking about me while this incident occurred because I requested for my meal to be made over. Also The season french fries. I don't know why any restaurant would carry such poor quality product. Always go with your gut. Should have went to the Bayside. The staff has to be held 100% accountable for this because they give you a claim ticket with a number on it and they should have used this for verification and the employee at Handy Hill even said to herself. I thought that was kind of fast.... Incompetence at its best.. Thank God it...
