My first visit to Ten Cousins and it didn't go well. Since the pandemic I expect longer wait times but when your wait staff doesn't write anything down with a party of 5 and proceeds to completely forget items and make mistakes with others they should atleast be kind and apologetic! And why couldn't someone pick up the trash they walked over repeatedly during our 2 hour visit on the patio?? Literally an entire slice of pizza(not ours) stepped over by guests and staff and multiple napkins blowing back and forth could have easily been removed by someone bussing!? The patio was pleasant and dog and family friendly. There were 3 different parties with well behaved dogs and many children scattered throughout. Thankfully we were an all adult group as I don't think a child could have tolerated the wait even just for our drinks (waters aren't complicated!?) The chicken wings that were completely forgotten and when we inquired were rudely added back basically in time for dessert were good but lacked seasoning and multiple requests for salt and pepper were finally fulfilled when we were almost finished with them. The pizza was decent but grossly undercooked on the bottom - even the pizzas that weren't incorrectly topped and remade after the rest of our party finished theirs were pale and soft on the bottoms. Sadly with our overall experience wouldn't hurry back - won't call our waitress out here but she could use some customer service training as her response could've made a few mistakes far less annoying had she not...
Read moreWe were in town for St. Patrick's Day (we are from Maine) we ordered online, so we would not have to wait when we got to the location to eat. My wife asked if we could sit and eat the pizza we ordered. The hostess said no problem! We proceeded to the table she showed us and sat and waited for plates for 5 mins or so. When it was apparent we were forgotten I went to the bar and asked if we could have some plates to eat (there are 4 of us, my wife two kids and i) the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and said that they don't do that here. If you order online, you have to take out to eat. When I explained we were shown in and it was said to be ok, she said that the hostess made a mistake.
Ok, so even if this is true and you are the manager of the place, this is a great time to teach (manage) the hostess a lesson. Not your customers. We should have been treated like everyone else in the establishment. The hostess would never make the mistake again because she learned something from the manager. The restaurant was near empty. There was not a line waiting out the door trying to get a seat. Teach your employees not your paying customers a lesson.
We had a BBQ chicken pizza, and it was ok, the only reason for the 2 stars I have afforded for this review.
We come to RI about 2 times a year. I know it's not a lot, but it's two less pizzas a year you will be adding to your profits.

I've been here twice in the last year and all I can say is never again.
Members of my party, including myself, have had horrible stomach aches shortly after eating here both times.
Our first time there, a member of our party had a severe allergy.
Sure enough, we were having a great time, eating our food and enjoying the family atmosphere, and we discovered about a dozen of the allergy causes (we're not being specific to remain anonymous) on the bottom side of each patty of the burger as though they completely forgot about our request of the allergy accommodation.
That member of our party was forced to take him or her self outside and deal with the situation of getting the allergy cause out of his or her system for about fifteen minutes. Once the manager caught wind of the situation, she was very apologetic, but that's all we got... a lousy apology for being put in such a hazardous situation.
This time, we ordered a new batch of food of different variety.
Two of the four people of our party now have stomach aches and we're just fed up with the odd food and unprofessionalism of the staff.
Do not make the same mistake we did by going there (twice) and avoid this restaurant...
