So my experience started as a 5 star and over time has quickly went to a 1 star. The quality of the crabs are good but the service is rough. Note I have placed countless orders with this business The 2 reasons for the change:
-At the end of last season I ordered 18 jumbo crabs live. The crabs were ready on arrival but when I got home to steam I only received 15 crabs and half of them were undersized. Slightly annoyed but I figured they would take care of me. I called and left a message for the owner (who i previously met in the store) to call me. 3 days passed with no call so I called again and left another message. I never received a call back!
Fast forward to today. I am craving some good quality crabs so I give them another shot. Not even mentioning the issue I had previously. I called to order a dozen of the largest crabs they have. The manager on the other line immediately sighs. When I tried to reserve for tomorrow at a time to be determined later. The manager informs me I must pick a time or "I will be skipped over". The quality of food was excellent, but the service was beyond expectation.
We heard good things about the take out menu from friends recently. Since today is my wife's birthday we called to ask if we could order steamed crab legs, even though the take out menu didn't list it. They said no problem, we placed an order - including the crab legs my wife was looking forward to.
I used curbside pickup, and when I arrived they were great enough to run out 3 bags of food! When we got home, we realized the crab legs were missing and the market was already closed. As a long shot I called in and luckily Chris picked up! He stayed late and took care of me... AND helped to...

If you can’t get to Maines famous Lobster shacks, then this place is the next best option! As far as finding an excellent Lobster roll in Delco, this is the real deal! Their Lobster rolls are awesome! The staff is amazing, the food is excellent! Hoping they’ll get a delivery service or join Grubhub or DoorDash! An update: Went in for a Lobster roll on Thursday and am sad to say that I couldn’t enjoy it because every bite had shell pieces, why?
