I can not believe what I went through at this restaurant! I was with my mother and my two children. I got the kids food off the kids meal. My daughter had Baked mac and cheese with a corn dog, the Mac and cheese looked like it had been there for days all dried and hard , her corn dog was under cooked! My son got chicken tenders and fries and the chicken had not seasoning what so ever, the fries were not great either. Then my moms and my food come out which was a cheese burger poboy. The bread was horrible, hard and Stale. The ground meat on the po boy was not seasoned and not edible! So then we told the waitress that we would pay for the kids meals but didn't want to pay for the poboy that was enedible. She then got a manager that was pissed that we complained and didn't eat more of her enedible burger. And so we asked for the poboy to be taken of the bill. And they did that but with much hesitation. As we were leaving with the left overs of what we did pay for. A woman walked in from that back door that we were seated by and was looking at me liked I did something wrong and told me and my family to get the F out before she called the cops because we were taking food that we didn't pay for. In all actually we payed 17 dollars for drinks and the kid meals and was only taking the chicken strip and fries. That woman baraded us until we got out of the restaurant. On top of that she had a man behind her to while time making me and my mom very uncomfortable with my children. Please don't believe every fake review you see, the reviews were probably paid for or from family/friends. Luckily there were no men with us at this time cause thing could have gotten out of hand. I have never felt unsafe and more offended until I went to the little...
Read moreI will say that the Little Kitchen is huge on customer service...without even knowing it. I was having the worst day ever and decided to walk a short distance across a parking lot to get a soda and voila, hit this gem. Upon first look from the outside...don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical..it looked like an old throwback snowball and candy shack. There is a huge sign on the side advertising po boys, etc....still didn't stop me...when I finally found the actual door, it took me 5 minutes ...I was really upset that day. I opened it upon the nicest little piece of kindness...there was a young lady (blonde haired) who was at the register training a new waitress....she was patient and kind. She asked me what I wanted and I just blurted out everything wrong about my day...she told me everything was going to be okay and did I need anything else, never rushing me keeping the conversation going....in those moments, I felt like if she had the ability to grant all my request and redo my day, that she would have. I ordered a grilled turkey poboy / extra mayo with a banana malt - I didn't need, but thoroughly enjoyed..heehehehe. The food was delicious..I can only imagine what the plated food like the stuffed peppers taste like. I took mine to go. Stumble in on this place like I did....go there, I promise you...it felt like I was sitting at my grandmother's kitchen table...talking to her..while she just listened..it...
