I have buying Cigars from this place for about 4 or 5 yrs. Very good prices always, people working during the week their Customer Service Skills is on point "Outstanding " Weekend, Etc workers "Linda" her Customer Service Skills "Stinks" i.e Snobbish, conceited and arrogant!! This is coming from a customer who see what the owner don't see, because of that person tenure with the company!!

We are the Commodity and needs to be treat with respect, our money is green!!
