El Encanto Mexican Restaurante y Taqueria — Restaurant in Wetumpka

This is my 2nd visit as the 1st visit was really bad as my friend had to kill a fly that wouldn't stop hovering over our food and I believed it was an off night. Therefore I gave it a 2nd chance and while I believe i got spoiled from another Mexican restaurant no longer open I needed to try this place again. Greet 10, chips and salsa 10 (it's corn chips took a bit to get use to, however the salsa was excellent). Menu prices an 8 a bit pricey however doable, I got water bcz it was a hot day thankful for their ac as another Mexican restaurant only had 1 of their 2 so I left there to get to here. Food temperature 10 presentation 5, I asked for lettuce and loaded up at the topping bar afterwards raised to an 6, however no fresh guacamole on the bar its labeled avocado salsa (too runny and servers from the kitchen had to come out to this bar to add to the dishes. There should be 1 in the kitchen for cooks to do.) I hot a half order of fajita steak nachos it was punny until I asked for lettuce and added Pico, onion, jalapeños and avocado sauce. (I was disappointed beforehand it looked like a kids plate and no fresh guacamole on the plate or self serve bar). The walls were bare no authentic art displayed and no music made it feel less than a Mexican restaurant, rate a 5 for neutral and 10 for great service. I love Mexican food. My family will tell you that I will eat Mexican food every single day of my existence given the opportunity. I hate to give a local business a less than stellar rating, but I was just not overly satisfied with it. The service was absolutely amazing; our waitress was very attentive and friendly.
