Wetumpka Tire Pros — Local services in Wetumpka

I was set on using Weptumka tire pros since I heard nothing but good things about their work. Until the experience I had this morning rubbed me the wrong way. I talked to Noah one of there service writers last week about mounting and balancing my 35x12.50r22 on my 22x10 wheels and he gave me a price over phone of $120 to get the job done. Well I come in this morning to have my tires mounted and when I walked through the door I was greeted by who I think was the manager/owner of Weptumka tire pros. He asked if Noah had already given me a price on mounting my tires. I said yes $120. Then the manager said sorry we can’t do it for less than $200 and that it would take 3hrs and two guys to do the job. My problem with this is that he did not honor his service writers word and also this job should only take 1- 1/2 hr to do. As I was walking to the door the manager said “call us when you want us to do your tires.” As if there aren’t 100 other tire shops in the river region. WORST AUTO TIRE PLACE IVE BEEN TO. The only reason why i gave them one star is because it wont let me give negative stars. I spent almost $1500 on new tires and alignment. I had to return 5 to 6 times for them to balance brand new tires and still isn't right. During those times they kept telling me they didnt feel anything. I do know about cars and how they should be. One of the times I went back they had 38 weights on one wheel and 26 on another. Then they told me they wanted to replace two new tires to see if that would fix it. And again the problem still isn't fixed. They also used the old valve stems in which I was told I paid for new ones. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Went in for an alignment for my car I just got from an auction, putting my trust in Wetumpka tires and pros to check it before to see if it could even get an alignment and if it would work. I took it back and they said it was something wrong with my tire whitch they didn’t tell me the first day I went before they gave me an alignment. So they took my money expecting me to buy a tire from them when I just got an alignment that didn’t even work. And seeing that I couldn’t see them work on my car I wasn’t even sure they gave me an alignment. Seeing that it usually takes a hour for a good full alignment they only took 30 mins.
