Really want this place to do well but needs improvements.

Pro: Like the renovation of the inside of the building.

Cons: Boneless wings barely had any sauce. Waiter brought a lemon when asked for a lime. The meal was supposed to come with chips and salsa but arrived with no salsa. When asked about the salsa, queso was brought instead. Ordered french fries and they were written down on the order but didn’t come out with the meal. Had to ask about where they were at. Had to wait for them to cook them and when they arrived they were hard as a rock. Waiter had a sour look on his face most of the time and was also preoccupied on his phone to pay attention to tables. I had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Biryani tonight. It was outstanding! Complex flavors that Iv never tasted before and BIG flavor! I have been a professional cook in this county for over twenty years in several different restaurants from Read Ave to Cape San Blas. Of all the food I have tried this has to be one of the most flavorful dishes I have had from a restaurant, possibly ever. Hats off to Gilligan's for another amazing food experience! I look forward to trying more incredible food from your kitchen! P.S. Also I was able to order my food at 9:30pm with no added stress to the kitchen. They serve food until 11pm. Had a great time here! The food was delicious, with generous portions and fresh flavors. The drinks were ice-cold and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed playing on the pool table — it added to the fun, laid-back vibe.
