Worst service ever I do not own a vehicle so I sent a friend to get me n my daughter some wing on the website says the family combo with biscuits is supposed to be only boneless so didnât feel need to request boneless the person taken the order didnât ask what r preference was n not only didnât ask boneless or bone in took it upon themselves to decide itâs a mix n match order of bone in when the request was clearly wings only reguardless of bone in or out n then we specifically asked for cheese fries with the meal n a side of voodoo fries n they decided not to give us the fries And to make matters worse if the service wasnât bad enough when I called to complain that my order was incorrect and asked to speak to a manager to complain when I complained about the service the response of the person was first of all Iâm not the one who took your order it was a trainee with an attitude that was clearly not a manager because no manager would one give an attitude during a customers complaint and most certainly wouldnât retort âfirst of allâ to a customer although the food here is beyond reproach I will definitely never order from them again as theyâre service is so poor especially when dealing with upset customers so disappointed in...
   Read moreFirst Time Visit - My daughter really wanted to try this place. This location is just outside off Rt. 15 strip mall in front of Costco, where we were heading after. Food - Good. Service- OK. Atmosphere - OK I had to ask for them to clean the table - 4 tables with 4 seats. One occupied and other 3 were not clean. Soda area was the same. Something that could easily be addressed at same time as tables. This is a small space. Food, when delivered to table, the young man did not point out the what is what - Specifically my daughter ordered seasoned fries (TikTok made her do it ) we could not figure out which one that was, even after tasting them all. When she went to the counter, they just replied they are there but did not assist any further. We were there 4pm on a Saturday, they were steady (mostly online order pickups) but not swapped. My disappointments are minimal, I wish I could give them 5 star and it is likely we will give them one more chance. Hopefully by our next visit management will train the staff about the customer experience which can take this 4 star review to a 5. Our 3 meals - 8 piece combo meals...

Edit to respond to Wingstop's comment: Obviously, if 4 other drivers showed up like you say, the person you gave the food to was not the driver or did not deliver the food. You could have notified me. You could have responded to this review and stated in a professional manner that the food was given a driver, and that it seems the issue was due to an issue with GrubHub. Instead, you tried to absolve yourself of any responsibility with a passive-aggressive response as if you clearly couldn't tell something was wrong. You clearly knew enough figure out what order this post was referring to, and even remembered that multiple drivers appeared, but did nothing to inform me or rectify the situation...
