This is a review of our sales experience, since the sofa we bought won't be delivered for several weeks. My husband and I stopped at this store just before eight on Wednesday night. We didn't realize that the store was about to close. However the manager graciously invited us in and proceeded to help us navigate the many choices. I was concerned that we were keeping her overtime, but she was cool with it. When we returned on Thursday to actually make our purchase, we just missed the manager from the night before. Another very nice woman took our order, assuring us that the manager from the previous evening would get the sale. I returned once more on Saturday to see if I could change the color before the order was finalized. Both of the other women were busy with customers, so a third woman was quick to help me. She listened to my reason for wanting a different color, and showed me samples of other color choices, making suggestions on how to incorporate the new piece into our established room. At no time were we rushed or made to feel any less important than someone who was buying a house full of furniture. The day before the scheduled delivery you get a text message providing a time window and a link that shows you where the delivery truck is in real time. They also tell you how many deliveries are on the truck and what your delivery number is. This allowed me to be away from the house during the delivery window. I arrived back at the house 10 minutes before the truck. The delivery men were professional and efficient. They turned the recliner over to allow me to put non slip pads on the base and made sure the chair worked properly. They also moved my old recliner into my garage. La-Z-Boy has a lowest price guarantee that allows you to request a refund within 30 days if you find a better price. My recliner went on sale for Veterans day. I left a message for Brian.
