Terrible. Ordered a cranberry chicken salad I asked for extra chicken got my order with only four pieces of chicken added to salad went all the way back to the drive through only to be told it would 6$ to add extra chicken to the salad which doesn't make any sense as the upcharge for this never costed that anytime I would have gotten this added but due to the fact they didn't add it to the salad to begin with it would be charged as a completely differed order as opposed to the slight upcharge to the additional chicken added. Culver’s is known for great service and friendly staff, so it was really off-putting to see a manager act this way. I hope the company addresses this, because it doesn’t reflect the welcoming atmosphere Culver’s is...
