If I could give zero stars I would. I have been here and had great experiences with bartenders. However tonight with bartender "Dani' I experienced no such thing. Dani appeared to be very stressed which is understandable with her being the only bartender on. However, I explained to her that my drinks were to be put on another person's tab that previously told me to add my drink to his tab. She then raised her voice at me and interrupted saying 'WELL I HAVE TO GO CHECK WITH HIM HES NOT HERE I DONT KNOW WHERE HE IS." Before I could respond she darted away to go yell at more customers. I have seen her yell at 5 customers tonight. Every customer who approached her approached her for either their tab or to fix a problem she made with their drink. I also work in a bar and I can understand the headache of dealing with a late night crowd of drunk people however, a customer is entitled to fix their drink that they are paying for. I watched multiple customers come back to the bar for fixes on their drinks. I myself had 2 mishaps on my own drinks. I ordered 4 shots for my friends and the pour of the shots were widely inconsistent in their supposed 1.5 oz pour. She has clearly not been professionally trained to bartend because the differences in amounts were crazy. This inconsistent pour was something I let slide as I really am not someone who complains as I know how this industry can be. I then went to take my shot with my friends but luckily before I did, I saw two unidentified crumbs in my glass. On top of being blatantly rude, my service was not even clean. My final reason for actually writing this review is the clear racism I witnessed. I experienced all of these terrible steps of service with me and my two friends who happen to be African American. Meanwhile Dani smiled and gave free shots to other guests who were all, as you can guess, white. This was a trend with all of her bar guests all night. All of the guests I watched her yell at were African American while she smiled and chatted with white guests. This behavior is out of line for any role in the service industry. I will not be returning and will make sure anyone who asks me about this bar will know to not bring their money to such a...

The bartenders can be decent at times but at this point, they are least of "The Grave's" problems and the food is only good if you're smashed. Horrible atmosphere. Cant trust leaving your drink alone for 2 seconds and always have to keep your purse or wallet in eye's view. There are a few "good apples" but the rest of the group that are also regulars, ruin it for everyone. Coke anyone??? I've had many fun nights that always lead into some drunken, drugged out maniac wanting to fight and hurt others who are simply there to have fun. I was a victim of 3 men (regulars) who beat my head in and left me for dead while my husband was being stabbed and also died but made it all because they were looking for a fight. They came up to us out of nowhere. Thanks to the community hospital for saving his life. The owner allows these trouble makers to keep coming back and I will NEVER step a foot back in there because no one is safe. Every piece of trash ends up at this bar. It's to bad. If they had real security and rules (no drugs, gang members, etc) it could be a decent place. Do NOT go here after 10 pm. You are asking for trouble just as I seemed to do because it was after late and we were hungry after working our late night shifts. Food is typical bar food but I'm regretting we didn't hit up the Denny's before this place that seemed to be dead and "safe" at the time we arrived. Stay safe everyone. I'm pretty sure this place will not be open much longer with how they do not keep their own customers in a safe environment among other horrible things they let happen within these walls. Don't shoot the messenger. If you're smart, you will find a better place to order food and keep your butt in the house if this place is your only option. You're welcome....

Where do I even begin? Went there last night (Saturday) with some friends to celebrate a birthday. It was towards the end of the night maybe around 230am and my fiancé and i were sitting at the bar rail. There was a group of Hispanic men ordering next to us. The bartender pulls out a few modelos and a couple Coronas and tells them that it would be $80. I looked at my fiancé and said “did she say $80? There’s no way.” She then continues to say to the CASH ONLY because it’s “easier”. No effing way. They didn’t speak English very well so I had a feeling that she was trying to rip them off. So i asked her how much one modelo was and she told me $9! I laughed and asked if she was serious. I said no effing way is one modelo $9. I argued with her for about 15 minutes about it until she said “if it makes you happy I’ll charge them the special, $6”. I said “yes that would make me happy because that’s the actual price of one modelo”. She was so incredibly rude and she was clearly wasted. She could barely stand and could barely keep her eyes open. I couldn’t believe the service she was giving and to think that she thought she could take advantage of those men who didn’t speak English is absolutely shameful and disgusting.
