Did not like this place at all, due the fact we were told two completely different stories about how things work inside of this establishment. We did have the pleasure to meet a young egret salesman. However, he did tell us what he was told by his bosses. One owner I truly believe told me the truth that he fixed the combo washer and dryer himself. The LG model he refurbished himself due to defects when they received it. The young salesman was saying that it was a refurbished model with dents on the side of the unit. Now what blew us was when a lady said the same LG combo was brand new and it had fallen off the truck when it was delivered. And she would take off $100.00. Now me and my wife were looking really confused. The young salesman and older man just told us this. And now the lady is saying that. We just left and felt like we were being lied too. Sorry, your loss of business. Thank you young salesman...

Ineed to update my review ita Saturday and my feidfe was supposed to be delivered bwtwwen 2 and3 ... never heard from delivery driver til I called him at 4 and asked if he was going to be deliverying my unit soon... was told no tomorrow I had a big job come up today and can't get to you ... will deliver tomorrow... explained that wasnt an option cause i work and he couldnt get it ... got no help from the company who hung up on me on purpose ... no one would offer and help or type of discount for me waiting all day and having to call in the next day to work at a loss of wages ... poor customer service... didn't value my experience or my having been put into a very unfavorable situation .would never recommend... so sad and sorry 😞 had such high hopes...

I was in your store 2 days ago. You guys are doing a good job, great stuff by the way. The problem is delivery, the charges are just insane and you have do do something on that because you are going to lose all the customers. They asked me $195 in total for delivery including haul away (Refrigerator was $350), also they asked for 2nd floor an additional charge, a building with elevator for less than 4 miles from the store. Went to Lowes and purchased a cheap GE refrigerator($396) and they charged me only $29 for delivery only and haul away free...
