Cool little hidden gem in Wheeling. Has that small town vibe that seemed to be pretty popular with many locals. They had amazing sandwiches/wraps as well as delicious BBQ that was apparently a limited time thing that day. They also have a great selection of drinks. It was a great hole in the wall place that you can tell takes pride in quality food and a creating a welcoming environment. Would for sure go back again.

Flying Spoon is a hidden gem in Wheeling! They have yoga classes as well as food - paninis, sandwiches, açaí, shakes, matcha, craft beer and wine. Really cool and comfortable atmosphere and big local, WV feel. Yoga class was great (I’m a beginner)! Bar seating and multiple tables, low and high top. Plus outdoor area. Highly recommend and will be back asap!!
