Ordered a Venti latte. The cashier charged me for a grande, but I didn't notice and then was handed a grande. I mentioned that I actually ordered a Venti and am more than happy to pay for the extra cost. The one that was making the drinks said that she'll just put it in a bigger cup and add some milk... but a venti comes with an extra shot, which is what I wanted in the first place. We stopped by right at 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday, July 15, 2024 and tried to order a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. The employee said they close at 3:00 and let us know that she had already cleaned the blender so that it was not available, neither was drip coffee or iced coffee because she had already cleaned them as well. I wanted to try a lotus today but couldn’t decide what flavor I wanted. So I ask for them to surprise me. She gave me blue raspberry, coconut and blue lotus. It’s really good and I would buy it again!! I also got their turkey Gouda cranberry sandwich that was really yummy as well!
