McDonald's — Restaurant in White Center

I hope my food didn't get tampered with because....I asked for ice in my Mc Donalds cup. She told me no, I knew the rules. Then she said only in her small cup. I poured her ice into my cup without touching while she observed and I asked for one more ice with her cup. She rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was asking too much, inconveniencing her but she did it, only with a poor attitude. She then told me my total, I handed her my $5 bill and she dropped it causing me to park and get out my car to get it so I started laughing and said "oh, I make you work a little so you want me to work a little, no problem". She starts to hand me my change and I say "please don't drop my change", she didn't. I said "thank you". I assume that's the moment she had a breakdown . She then goes to tell her supervisor (maybe to say something like she don't feel comfortable with me) as they waited for my chicken sandwiches "fresh" to get completed. The supervisor looks at me while she tries to whisper, which made me uncomfortable not knowing if they were teaming up to have my food spit on or is she just needing a mental break. I pray it was just a mental break! Anyway, the supervisor hands me my food and gave me a nice farewell and I returned the pleasantries! Great way to handle the situation however could have been avoided by taking her time to explain ice rule if it was needed, not rolling her eyes, paying attention when asking for money, apologize if you made a mistake, do the extra stuff with a smile and keep a positive attitude with meticulous customers like me! I just had to write all this in case anyone tried to defame my character or exaggerate petty...

I utilize their app, so I pay online & have them curbside my food for me, which really helped when I lost my debit card & only had access to my virtual card. Plus I got to feel like I wasn't a grandpa for once. At times this McDonald's has the best, freshest, & great tasting food I've ever had of the McDonald's breed, but they are for sure the most expensive McDonald's outside of those tourist destination location McDonald's, but they're up there pretty close. Which doesn't exactly make sense to me considering at least at those ones you have a awesome location to marry with your McDonald's trip, but I can promise you ain't no tourist ever been over here that's for sure, & if they somehow were they were being kidnapped. Also this McDonald's charges you whenever & for whatever they can, I imagine the owner being one of those dudes that's comes in & stands over his employees watching them intently, blurting out things like, "make sure they get exactly 3 napkins per order, & 1 ketchup per fry unless it's a lrg then if they make a big deal about it give them an extra one, on me!" Then proceeds to go to his office where he has a lrg soda cup full of ketchup he squeezed from 33 packets & drinks it through a straw. I don't know why I added that last part, bit it felt right. So yeah, 4 stars as far as Micky D's goes, they get a Micky B from me, that Boy "D" from the S-E-A double T L-E. Mic drop. I...

This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Every single time I've been here something is wrong with my order. And if you don't have your receipt, forget about them fixing it. One morning I ordered about $50 of breakfast. 10mins down the road I realized I didn't get any syrup with my pancakes and had to go back. They refused to just give me a couple packets that I should have gotten with my meal the first time I was there, instead they charged me 50cents each because I didn't have my receipt to prove what time I had been there. Another time I ordered lunch for my boss on my way back to the office and instead of a big Mac lg fry, lg strawberry shake and 2 Apple pies, I got a double cheeseburger, small fry and small shake. I didn't notice it right away and when I did I didn't have time to go back. So I went the next day and again they refused to do anything even though I did have my receipt. But because I didn't call them and tell them about it and that I would be back the next day, then I could have been making it up. I told them I wasn't leaving until I got what I ordered and paid for the day before. I sat in the drive thru for 15mins and ended up leaving right as a sheriff was pulling in the parking lot.
