We ordered today and got handed the wrong pizza. We called and Fellini's verified we were given the wrong order and instructed to "swap the pizzas" and to wait on the porch because the driver was only a few minutes away.
First, it's 44 degrees outside and we are still waiting on the driver after 30 minutes. I called the store and was told "they just left with your order". I was refused a discount because "this doesn't qualify".
Second, it is NOT sanitary to take a box back into the drivers car. They do not know what I put on or in, where my hands have been, or where the children's hands have been that touched this box, which includes a not house broken dog.
Third, I really believe they planned on giving someone else this pizza because management was dead set on it being returned.
Fourth, I was given the wrong order, wrong information on driver location, wrong information on the our original order being on its way (a new driver just showed up with a fresh pizza), and very wrong timing, an hour and a half off to be exact. Yet we don't deserve a discount, much less a refund even though I've never complained and ordered a LOT of times.
Fifth, this company pushes throwing away food rather than having the customer hand it out to someone in need. With the amount of starving people you'd think when it's obviously their fault they would prefer not to waste the food. (handed medium pep, ordered a XL extra cheese, and driver admitted they were at fault, so it wasn't us hustling the shop for free pizza)
I'm furious to say the least. This is the shadiest and most disheartening business practice I've seen in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a chicken, spinach & feta twister to only get the wrong one delivered. I called to let them know and whomever answered the phone offered to make another one or get a credit with the next order. I told them I would take the credit. I called in today for lunch, whomever this person was that answered the phone (sounded like an older lady), she didnāt know there was a chicken, spinach, feta twister. She kept trying to tell me they were rolls (I order the same thing all the time). When I told her I had just ordered one, I guess she finally found it. I attempted to tell her that I was supposed to have a credit, and before I could even get 1/2 of my sentence out, she got defensive and said, āIf youāre going to do that, you have to talk to a manager!ā She didnāt even know what I was going to say because I never got my sentence out! I have never complained, never have been rude, and every problem that has occurred with them has been on their end from their ovens not working to them delivering the wrong order. I was so over the rude treatment that I hung up on her because there was no need for her to be so defensive. I donāt know if she didnāt take her meds or what, but she doesnāt need to take orders. The up side, the delivery driver called me back a few minutes later and offered to deliver the food if I wanted it. I was treated so badly I told her I appreciate it, but no thank you. They need to fire the woman who initially answers. Sheās rude, confrontational and defensive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time trying this place. Im a really nice person and I usually never give bad reviews, however folks in the community need to know. To start we had the breadstick bites very good, italian hoagieā¦interesting to say the least. 2 slices of meat 1slice of cheese lettuce tomato banana peppers and something that looked like ground up raw meat on top (we are assuming it was possibly pepperoni-never saw an Italian hoagie like that). Pizza was missing toppings had no sauce and was super thin (canāt imagine if we ordered thin crust yikes!) what I am most disappointed about is the garden salad. On the website its states that all salads include iceberg lettuce, FRESH SPINACH, TOMATOES, onions, CUCUMBER, EGGS, green peppers, black olives, cheese, croutons and a dressing of your choice. The salad sounded amazing which is why I ordered it, unfortunately, four of those items were missing out of the salad, which is why I ordered it in the first place, I love spinach and eggs and tomato and cucumber. I just would have appreciated a phone call saying we were out of that or them telling me when I got there to pick it up yet nothing was mentioned. Ladies working were friendly but the shop was not that clean. The ceiling towels were falling out and extremely dirty. Good ranch! But sadly we won't be ordering...
