Dunkin' — Restaurant in White Township

We went to get breakfast this morning. Most of the girls were nice except for the one older lady with short hair. She was rude to the employees as well as us.

When we got my drink, we got the food next. Same number on the drink and bag. The order inside was wrong for our bagel to which we politely informed them. The lady insisted that we got the wrong order. When we informed her everything else in the bag was correct, just the bagel, she looked in another bag nearby to say it was because the order was in that bag. She thrust the bag into my mom's hands and walked off.

Normally, I don't care about a wrong order. It's an easy fix and things can be stressful working in a food environment so I don't mind waiting for the right order. This is the 2nd time this young lady that work in the drive through gets disrespectful with customers. Today my husband went in to get a coffee colatta but noticed it had milk and he can’t have milk he backed up while no one was behind him and kindly asked to change it and one of the girls said no problem I’ll fix it but the other girl that took the order at first was very nasty to him. She even said she was aggravated about the situation and that he couldn’t do that when the other girl was already taking care of it. She seemed annoyed and rolling her eyes saying “ whatever” my husband was giving back the drinks and she says “you can’t do that, you already had that drink in your car” as if we are giving her the drink for her to drink it? lol like no throw it out for me please. I ordered snackin bacon yesterday and an iced coffee from this location the cashier I received at the drive thru had a little bit of a rude and eye rolling problem the snackin bacon I ordered was not crispy just plain old bacon and chewy if advertised that way it should be crispy as I know I've had experience in that area it's happened more than once when going inside to get it fixed I received customer ruder service and eye rolling for informing them the food was not up to my standards and when ordered a simple ice coffee extra light extra sweet it barely had any sugar or cream in it it is just disappointing I rather go to Starbucks if this...
