Generals Ice Cream — Restaurant in Whitehouse

It's a very small icecream shop right next to a bike trail and a brand new awesome park! The building is small and air conditioned. There is bar seating for maybe four people, but with the line, it probably wouldn't be fun to sit there. Seems like the seats are mostly used for those waiting in line. There are a couple of picnic benches and several park benches outside, and if you cross the small road, there is a huge covered area with more park benches There is usually a line, but it moves very quickly because they are always well-staffed and the workers hustle. They serve soft serve, hard serve, and Dole whip (dairy-free and AMAZING). I believe they also sell slushy drinks. I will say, they don't skimp on the toppings. If you don't like a lot of toppings, I'd advise you to ask for them to go easy. They are priced very well, and you get a lot for your money. Just had the worst service and the worst sundaes - have always loved Generals in the past, but today the staff were awful:. Ordered Turtle Sundae with strawberry hard ice cream and German Chocolate Cake sundae with black cherry hard ice cream; received turtle Sundae with hardly any sauce made with vanilla soft serve and a no German cake sundae just the container filled with strawberry hard serve - my husband said it wasn't correct and staff said they couldn't take it back and have him a little container with whip cream nuts and a cherry, all this for $13!...

Tonight my wife and I went into your establishment to place an order for ice cream. However, when our turn came we were ignored by the staff. They took two orders from customers that came in after us even though we were standing in line by the cash register!
