My first experience with the store was not the best. I work right next door and I ordered at 9:00 to pick up at 9:15 but when I showed up the store was closed. But surely the order got canceled right? Well my bank notated that it had already withdrawn the money and that's was that. Without a way to contact anyone at the store itself I contacted corporate to see if they could cancel my order. I understand sometimes Something's Happened but Subway really needs to work on their online system so that when the store is no longer open it cannot accept an order. I guess the manager got an email from corporate and messaged me directly through my email to tell me that I was not charged. I got my refund and I get these things take time but there was no need to email me and say that I was not charged when in fact my bank said I was. So yeah not the best interaction for the first time ever...

I asked to a 33 (sweet onion chicken thing) and as the person was prepping a sandwich, I thought she was making a call-in or online or app order and she was asking questions about my meal, the wrong one.
