SERVICE!SERVICE SERVICE!!!! SUCKS!!!.. I did an online order of 2 SALADS.. A SALAD mind you. In the Luxury of my home. I was gunna have it delivered but it was going to take 33 min. And I only stay 5 min from the restraunt. From the time I place the order get to the restaurant it had been 20 min. Go through the drive thru let them know I had an online order. The guy proceeded to tell me to pull forward and park in a parking spot. I instead pull up to the window. 5!!!! People were in the drive thru area, one was sitting down. The same guy said pull in a parking spot. I looked at each and every person just standing minus one sitting.and counted.. Rediculous!!!. Pulled into the parking spot and still sit there nearly 10 minutes. The food was suppose to brought to me but I walked inside and the same guy picked my food up and handed it to me. Without my drink. I walked back to the counter and had to ask for my drink. Ridiculous!!! Where it the expedition of FAST FOOD ANYMORE.. AND THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU. I'VE WORKED IT SO I KNOW HOW TO TO HUSTLE IN FAST FOOD. But I guess today's managers are as soft as the parents that raised these kids. BTW.. My toast on both salads wasn't hot. Cold as the salad itself. I said the last time was my last at Whiteville Zaxbys but I gave them one more shot. But now I'm done. Maybe someone can look at the schedule and see who was working on this date. 7/29/2025 this 7:00pm.. And help it make sense why it took over 30 minute at the least for me to get my ONLINE order. The picture listed is what I get when I try to email. This is what they are sending to everyone that complains.. Will not go through!!!

Literally the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been too, it doesn’t matter if you order online, order through the drive thru or order in person they seem to always mess up your order every single time I go there and then the employees always wanna catch and attitude and act like it’s your fault they completely screwed up your order, waited nearly 30 minutes for old soggy food that wasn’t even mine, chicken tasted like it had been re cooked, no employees wearing hairnets or gloves. every time I’ve been inside at night the employees stand around talking about all types of unprofessional subjects while a line backs up half way to McDonald’s , this place is complete garbage, to the owner I’ve read your generic responses, and I can see why this place struggles with customer service and nobody cares about the product they put out!

We pulled into the drive thru at 8:20pm. My husband said, “We won’t get through here and get our food before 9 pm.” 🥺 I was like no way. We ordered a kiddie finger kids meal, a Cobb Salad, and a chicken sandwich. We were handed our food at 9:06pm. And when we went to order, the cashier told us that they didn’t have any bread for sandwiches, no ice (???), and only sweet tea or milk for drinks. The kids meal comes with a drink so we told them a tea. When she handed us the tea, it was hot like it had just been made. And after placing the order for the Cobb Salad, she told us that they were also currently out of boiled eggs as well. So when you go to pay, they do not offer and will not give you a discount for all of there screw ups and missing parts of the meals as advertised (by them)!!! To top it all off, the chicken sandwich came with toast bc they didn’t have any sandwich bread and they gave us napkins just like you buy at the Food Lion right beside them. I have NEVER been to Burger King, Hardee’s, or Wendy’s and ever been given anything but the restaurant’s only napkins with their name on them. And this is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. I don’t know who owns it or who manages it, but the manager needs to be fired ASAP and the owner needs to get their act together or sale it because it’s being run into the ground. Y’all, better do something before Smithfield’s and Cookout get here because if things continue with Zaxby’s like they have been running for the past 10 months, the customers will go elsewhere and your building will close like Sonic did forever in this town until someone bought it and hired NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! How the heck did you run out of ice and were told it was a good idea to serve hot...

We visited this Zaxbys on Sunday, April 17th around 7pm. We waited a bit and finally the cashier came to the register for us to order, I ordered the great 8 buffalo wings and then was told, that is an online order only, I asked why and was told that is just how it is. Anyway we both ordered the boneless wings meal with the buffalo garlic sauce and paid for our order and was given our drink cup. We walked over to the drink machine and it was filthy, we could not get much ice as the machine was empty, I walked back up to the front counter to ask for ice bit was ignored so I just walked back to our table and waited for our order. We finally received our order over 20 minutes later and our bonless wings were very small, it actually looked as if they took the wings and cut them in half, our fries were cold. I was really ticked off we waited that long to recieve our order and it was cold and really small buffalo wing portions, I went into the restroom to wash my hands and an employee was in the restroom wahing his hands and I spoke to him and asked if they had been busy and he said not too busy due to it being Easter holiday, I told him about our food experience and he said they dont care and he was looking forward to getting a call back from Wal-mart because he was leaving this place and he did not like the food business, I thought ok. Anyway he left, I washed my hands and went back to the our table to eat and left. I did an online survey and on the survey it ask would I like to be contacted by the manager, of course I checked the box yes, I have not heard anything from the manager. This Zaxbys is not a good experience. I have ate at other Zaxbys many times and this one is the worse I have...
