Burger King — Restaurant in Whiteville

Went through the drive through at this establishment last week. Ordered ten PLAIN double cheeseburgers. Was pulled up and waited for 45 minutes. My friend who was driving went inside to see what the hold up was. She saw the girl who was making the burgers who was very plainly putting condiments all over them. When she brought them to the counter, my friend asked her if they were plain and said 'were they supposed to be plain?' sent out a free pie as a condolence. I have someone in my family who cannot eat ketchup. I went inside myself and when I said that I had been waiting 45 minutes was YELLED at by this chick who had the gumption to ask me why 'that girl' referring to my friend -- didnt say something while she was making them. (because apparently now its our job to make sure they do theirs) she said they could drop more meat but I didnt have another 45 minutes to wait so I just ordered three more.. and was charged for them - even though they completely fubarred my first order. This girl was so rude and after being basically yelled at by an employee for their ineptitude - its unlikely that I will ever visit this establishment as well. Tried calling up there after I left to get the girls name - no one answered the phone... but what really gets me is with all this going on - not one manager came out to see what was happening. Sadly there were several other people that night waiting for their orders to be fixed also. This establishment is a joke - I recommend you avoid them...

I give Tyler no stars, just went thru drive thru with no one behind me was asked to pull up my food had to cook, well ok cook my food no one's behind me, than Tyler come to window complaining about his drive thru time I asked since I was helping his time could he give me something to drink while I waited and of course here comes the cashier not the manager carrying my food out to me.. How pathetic is it that the people making the least amount of money in the industry has the most to do and your already short help begging to hire people ..The world would be alot better without selfish nasty pathetic people running it like Tyler and his Man bun, Cut your hair and do YOUR JOB, it's not your cashier's job to run food outside she WORKS DRIVE THRU, described as window service cashier not PARKING LOT THRU,Tyler carry your own food out to cars and maybe your workers would have more chance to lower that time your so worried about, yep I...

This place stood way above most fast food restaurants for several reasons. The drive through employees were the friendliest I've ever encountered in a drive through. And that includes all of them! The original chicken 🐔 sandwich was so fresh, tender and delicious that I wished I had 2 of them...And my Favorite part of all, and I would never ever betray McDonald's sweet tea like this if I didn't mean it whole heartedly but, the sweet tea was even Way better than McDonald's. I take my sweet tea very seriously since, its part of the reason I love living in the south, and I never imagined I'd ever say anyone except for McDonald's and my grandmother have the best sweet tea I've ever tasted but...you WIN,...
