I went through the drive-thru this morning (June 10, 2018) and ordered breakfast. With my combo, I asked for a large tea and I also ordered a small coffee. I pulled off only to realize the girl at the window had not given me my coffee. I was only about a minute away so I turned around & went back. She acted like it p'd her off that I came back for my coffee. Once I had my coffee, I went on home. When I got home, I realized that they hadn't put the Bo-rounds in the bag! I drove back up there and went through the drive-thru for a THIRD time for ONE breakfast order. (Thank goodness I only live about 4-5 minutes away!) This time I asked to speak to a MANAGER. The girl at the window asked another lady to come talk to me. This "manager" was rude, unapologetic, and not professional at all. Instead of apologizing she immediately said WELLLLLL, WE RUNNIN' SHORT STAFF SO. She walked away and had the staff member bring the Bo-rounds. Even with all of the rudeness and inconvenience, I remained calm & polite ... yet I was treated very rudely. This is definitely NO WAY to run a business. The Whiteville Bojangles needs to re-train their "managers" asap! (The lady that identified herself as the "manager on duty" had an unusual name ... something like Tyreqia(?). Not sure how to spell it. Nobody had on name tags. Anyway. Turns out she wasn't actually a manager so, technically, she misrepresented herself to me.) I will be contacting the BBB, Charlotte corporate office, and my ban to dispute the charges.
Do not go here. The management and staff and not equipped to do the basics of the job.
This Bojangles is on par with the whole town of whiteville, a dump. Charged me $10 for 3 chicken strips and not only gave me some half the size of typical from any other Bojangles, but also didn't give me the sauce I ordered with it.
I ordered mashed potatoes, and they gave me half a container, literally halfway full, of fries.
I attempted to call to give them a chance to make it right and not get publically blasted, but after 4 calls and no answer every time, so be it.

I told the order and she read it back to me perfectly but when I got to the window it was completely wrong. After I corrected her about my order she charged my card for something different that was more expensive and didn't tell me the price difference. She was incredibly rude when I first pulled up because I'm sure she got the person in front of me order wrong as well. when I get my food and looked at my receipt I notice they charged me extra so I told them about it. I wait and waited for someone to come out and to give me the money that was over charged. Aparently they do not know basic math because they kept getting the amount wrong
