Brain Freeze — Restaurant in Whitewater

I’m a doordasher and I’ve always asked for drink carriers before and been given one. Today I got an order and it had two drinks so I asked for a carrier because I only really have one cup holder in my car which I use for my water, I was told I couldn’t have one because we have to pay for them (which at any other food place they give them for customer use). When I said I never had a problem with getting one before I was yelled at by the elderly lady. It’s ridiculous they expect dashers to pay for drink carriers, if that’s the case then they need to charge it on doordash to orders with 2+ drinks. If this is how they treat dashers who are only doing a job which helps with their business then I could only imagine how they treat their actual customers. On Saturday September 12th me and two of my friends went to Brain Freeze for lunch. When we showed up we caught on that there was something going on and once we got closer to ordering we found that they were recording people at the order stand for a video and also giving out 100 dollars to people. If you were talked to like we were you were supposed to sign a consent form and receive 100 dollars, which we did not get either. Went there at 6:34. Was denied food because they already cleaned the grill. This is bs. Something needs to be done in regard to these employees, as a customer should be able to order whatever they want while they are open. The workers shouldn’t be refusing customers orders just because they are too lazy to clean the grill after the store is closed. I had a big order that would have given them great sales, so instead I took my business elsewhere. Don’t plan on coming back anytime soon.
