WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER!

Last night, my fiancé and I ordered takeout: 1 Sirloin steak w/ mashed potatoes and a salad and a soup 1 Chicken club wrap w/ fries 1 grilled cheese w/ fries

I got 1 CHOPPED SIRLOIN STEAK 1 chicken wrap that wasn’t cooked properly because they rushed and the soup leaking because cap wasn’t on. 1 mashed potatoe that’s was so hard and nasty I couldn’t eat it Didn’t even get my grilled cheese…

We ended up throwing all our food away and ordering toppers..

Now mind you this has happened before so I made sure to specify what steak…

I call and I’m super nice on the phone with the manager, he proceeded to tell me to call back in the AM because they were closed. Okay perfect. I called at 10:00am it’s 10:21am right now. He proceeded to yell and talk over me and hung up on me 2 times lol as well! What???? Seriously??? He told me he wouldn’t give me a refund and that “I have new girls and they aren’t fully trained and they make mistakes” well if you make mistakes you need to fix them! He was so rude he kept telling me he had no time for me when I’m clearly a customer that needed help and service and he hung up on me and was just plain rude.. as far as Im concerned they can keep my $40 clearly they need it more than I do since their food sucks and is...

The breakfast here is really good! The cheese omelette is amazing and really cheap. I’d advise not getting the steak though, it says sirloin steak but is actually just a large hamburger. I checked the menu bc it wouldn’t be the first I skipped over it misread something but I checked the menu after and it doesn’t mention it anywhere. I even asked my waitress before ordering about the steaks and wasn’t made aware of it. It was still good but not what I ordered, so be cautious and maybe go with the cheaper options! Otherwise the staff is really nice and my other time eating here was good.

Edit: I’m changing from 3 to 1 star because after going through my card app it seems the total cost is off of what they told me. It’s a small difference but how do you not tell your costumers the right price. Even after tips it’s still over what it should be. I ate here twice and it happened both...

Affordable food that tastes good as well. Probably the best breakfast in Whitewater.

The staff and the food are amazing. To be honest, I probably come back more to hang out and talk with the staff.

Update 2/13/22:

If you're looking for breakfast or lunch Jessica's is by far the best place in Whitewater to eat. Service is excellent, food is excellent. I usually eat here 2-3 times a month for about 2 years now.

To put it in Wisconsin terms, Jessica's is the Culver's of breakfast for the area.

Still the best place for breakfast in Whitewater. Lunch selection is great too but admittedly I've only had it a few times as I'm a breakfast fanatic.

They have 2 big rooms so they can serve big groups if needed. I've seen them do it almost last minute but try to call ASAP so they can set up...
