Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Whitewater

I have never made a negative review before, but this is the only experience that has led me to do so because none of the staff at Whitewater are following through at this point. So about 3 weeks ago I had an order that was not only 20 minutes late being made, but wasn't even made correctly. I was compensated at pickup for it being late so that wasn't a major concern anymore. I had ordered a large pizza (half cheese only, half sausage, mushroom, and green pepper) that was given to me as all sausage and mushroom. I also ordered a triple nachostix with extra jalapeno and extra nacho cheese that they drizzle on. I counted 9 jalapeños in total which isn't even 1 jalapeno for half of them and had NO nacho cheese... no nacho cheese on nachostix. I called and was told I'd get coupons in the mail for free ones and they took my address. I NEVER got them and it's been a little over 3 weeks. So I called again and was told "a manager would contact me" and they took my phone number. I NEVER was contacted. I will never drive 30 minutes to come here again, this is the worst toppers staff group I have ever dealt with. I would much rather drive an extra 15 to have a competent...

I have only ordered from here 2x's the 1st time I was so mad that we waited almost 3 hours for a Delivery I called after 2hours and still waited an additional 45 min just to get my order that was cold and then they dropped the chicken wings right on the ground when they delivered it, and it was never replaced but that was some time ago . We decided to give it another try tonight and figured we would pick it up this time we got there a few min after scheduled pick up time called the curbside # and was told it would be about 5 more min.. fine no problem, but now 20 min have gone by and 4 other cars have came and went the last car just got their order so I stopped the employee and asked about our order he promptly goes in to get my order that has been sitting on the shelf since I got there (I seen it through the window) and tells me sorry they didn't know I was there to pick up my order. We get home and once again the food is cold and dried out probably from sitting around. Will not...

I had a 5 star review on this place previously, but after today's visit I'm going to reduce it down to 1 star. I waited until the pizza tracker online told me my food was ready for pick up, then I drove there (approx 2 minute drive). I arrive and call for my curbside pick up and the employee tells me my food will be out shortly. 15 minutes later I call again to remind them that I'm still outside, and she asks me to hold for a second, then left me on hold for over 7 minutes before I hung up and called back. I ended up waiting outside for 30 minutes by the time my food had finally come out, and there were 10+ other people that went in, and came out with their food in the time i was waiting. This was a carryout order, which i do to take some of the stress off of the delivery load. I guess carryout now just means they can ignore you until they feel like serving you. Will not be returning anytime soon, which is sad because I usually order...
