If I was to attempt to describe how bad this place is I'd be typing all day long. I don't know if they are even trained or capable of working. It sounds rude but you don't know until you witness it. If you get down in the store it's a hour process and you get the urge to jump behind the counter and do it yourself and explain how it should be done. Every time the order is wrong, even after repeating yourself 100 times. Drive through is even worse, once she asked if I wanted lemons in my coffee, I replied no not lemons. I pulled up to the window and she apologised that they do not have lemons to put in my coffee.....
Today I asked for extra butter pecan, she asked how much extra, I said I don't know how to explain that, she said they put 3 pumps, I asked for 5. She asked me if I wanted 9, I said no 5, a little more loudly. She started screaming, did you scream at me?!?! I was really confused, told her no. Silence for 5 mins. I asked if she's still there she told me to drive up I explained I wasn't done with my order she said drive up.
Once at the window the supposed manager apologised and was taking my order, a lady came at the window shouting asking if I screamed at her, I said no. She said she didn't hear me so I said that's why I said it a bit louder dear. This lady acted as if she was possessed and started throwing a tantrum, did you call me dear?!?! I'm not your freaking dear!! Mind you she's half out the window. I laughed and drove away. I called to talk to a manager later on, she said she's the manager and she's the one who called her dear then to come in the next day to speak to a manager....

I ordered 2 coffees and a donut, they messed up one coffe, didn’t give us the 2nd, and forgot the donut when we were at the window. We had to spend another 10 minutes ordering at the window, and the women taking our order was very rude. She asked me to repeats my order 3 times, eh I is fine but when I’d speak up to be heard over all the noise she asked me how old I was (which is none of her concern), told me I was disrespectful, demanded an apology, and then wouldn’t serve me. I had gotten 2 churro sig late with 4 sugars and all it was, was milk.. it had maybe a shot size amount of coffee in it and it definitely didnt have any churro and this is not an exaggeration it was a dirty white color and tasted like straight milk with sugar I had already been driven off by time I got a glance at it and realized it's color was white which coffee is not white but i took a sip anyway to see what the deal was and it was milk... I would have gotten the money back if this was an inside order but sadly it was a drive thru order and I couldn't do anything about it once I was gone... put the "coffee" (milk) in my cereal when I got home so it would at least have use... most expensive bowl of...
