McDonald's — Restaurant in Whitman

One of the few locations that hasn't messed up my order....... Well it was one of the few locations but sad to say I'm very disappointed. I got a very simple order. 2-¼ lbers w\ cheese: Cheese only on one of them. The other was supposed to be no pickle and no onion. I also ordered 2 McChickens: Both with no lettuce, add cheese and ketchup. Just before I got back in my Jeep, I was asked to come back inside because they messed up one of my sandwiches. So I went back in and used the restroom while they tried fixing my order. Still had to wait afterwards for another couple of minutes before my order was ready. Well when I get back to my house and open the bag I realize they only got one of four of the sandwiches correct: The ¼ lber w\ cheese only. The other had the default items on it, pickle, onion, cheese etc. And both the McChickens had lettuce on them.

Edit-5\13\24 I can only assume that this location is under new management and as far as I can tell has an entirely different lunch\dinner crew than when I first reviewed it. I'm happy to say that not only do the employees seem much more friendly and the entire building seems to be much cleaner and well maintained. But also for the last 6 months or maybe more my orders have been received promptly and flawlessly.

Also would like to add a long overdue and well deserved shout-out to the breakfast crew for still being and always having been...

The worst mcd's ever!!! They really need to rethink the employee team, The night kid ( oh yes a child ) was fresh mouth doesnt have a customer service clue. When i went into drive thru the app was not working but as i approched the window the app came on so i asked if he could cancel order and put it threw again so i could use my 11011 points before i lose them, Brockton east side very happy to do for you. Anyway he said rudely NOT MY FAULT TO BAD! now maybe if it was a long line but not a soul but me...could hear crickets! I called the complaint number on drive thru and of course full no messages So why have it? The child passed my food threw window while holding dirty mop and now these kids were squeezing out window to see who could be ruder! I am truly disapointed in a household name!! My food was cold cuz on window the whole time the kids thought it was a game! When i told the little guy with a bad hair dye i was going to complain he laughed and said id get nowhere...well he was right on that cuz im out my cash and food in dumpster! People beware of inexperinced children trusted with adult jobs and good luck if you continue to go to Whitman...

Just driving by so not a planned visit. Drive-thru girl asked if we were using their app, I replied not this time, so after sitting through about 30 seconds of silence, she said, what can I get you? We proceeded through the drive-thru and got our (4 piece chicken Mcnuggets and one Filet o Fish sandwich🤔 So the Fish sandwich had way too much tartar sauce, it was warmish, bordering on coldish and my 4 Piece Nuggets were Luke warm at best🙄 If I wasn't late for an appointment already, I would have gone in and reported the sad food we received. I assumed nobody was watching the times on our food. That chicken & fish should have been 86'd 20 minutes ago. I really dislike giving negative reviews but I'm on the road a lot and in my opinion, the McDonald's Cafe's(?) in and around the Abington, Weymouth, Braintree... area's have serving me at least poor quality food for about 2 months now, could it be poor management in multiple stores or...
