Go Loco Street Tacos & Burritos — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

They say close at certain time, but they don't. They close when want, they don't stock, its a family business of 3 Brothers and a sister. I came in 10 mins until closing for last minute cigarettes as just got off and out, they turned me down so went to love's gas station across the street who did with kindness. They charge extra by at least .20 cents for gas and I've been going there for a long time. I asked a cashier if she could get my tea I always get and she said no because she isn't stalker for cooler and he was off when had bad cold storm. They only go on what they feel and want. Guy there works at register told me himself he works more as they won't let go home due to lack of workers. The way they run their business is bad and rude to customers. Along with that they yell and treat employees bad in front of other customers due to them being sick or feeling ill and having to go. One elder lady said she had husband sick with covid but had to work or would be broke when came to bills, they didn't say don't come in and think of customers. I ordered 10 tacos through door dash and I specifically called the store and told them I wanted xtra sauce and limes which I didn't get when I got my order there was no onions or cilantro on the tacos and there was only 2 miniature cups of sauce I tried to eat them anyway but it was almost impossible bcuz they were DRY..I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN...I WAISTED 25.00..adding to my first post I contacted the store to speak with Adam the manager that told me they will replace my order and apologized f I called the store today and was hung up on 2 times I called a third time and insisted to speak with the manager..I explained what happened to my order and told her what was said about replacing my order.. manager was rude and said she could not honor what I was told about replacing my order.. This place is disgusting!! My two children and two friends worked there,all employees use the same spoon to test the food lick it and use it over and over,they stick their finger in the beans to test the temperatures! Imagine someone popping pimples on their face and neck and Preparing your food!!!! I live 4 blocks from this establishment and in there on a daily I see what goes on I know all the employees,Saad the owner and his brother's and sister,I just so happened to be in the ladies room with hus sister Rose and watched her exit without washing her hands!!
