Wow, what a response to a customer concern about cleanliness. A customer named Charity S. provided feedback and the owners response was “stay cheesy”? Are you kidding me? I was excited about trying this place, but will definitely take my business elsewhere due to none other than that single irresponsible and childish response. Ugh.. that makes me sick.
RESPONSE: I clearly stated I have not visited the store. I did not review anything I didn’t see with my own eyes. I noticed your careless response to a customers concern, and again, that’s all I need to take my business elsewhere. Why would I support a business ran by someone who only cares about positive ratings, but not the feedback they can learn from? I know, I wouldn’t. Btw, I don’t know if you noticed, but I have a starry badge next to my name because I’m a Google Local Guide, Level 10, which is as high as one can go on the Google Local Guide spectrum. You may want to take those concerns seriously, bc my review will forever remain at the top, as it takes a long time and a lot of reviews to reach Level 10, so until another Level 10 comes along (only a few in the state and I’m one of them), my response will remain. Alternatively, you can make it right with the customer who provided that original feedback, then I’ll remove my constructive feedback (not negative, just want to help). Read moreWe always do pick up through the drive thru and pretty much order the same thing usually! lol A large pepperoni and a large cheese pizza. I called in a couple pizza's and my husband went and picked them up on his way home from work. He came home and our son started eating and I noticed he wasn't eating a cheese pizza and it was I think cheese sticks? My husband didn't check the boxes when he picked them up so, he called and told them what happened. I brought the cheese sticks back and they already had the cheese pizza hot and ready for pick up. The girl was super apologetic and I think it was the same girl, I did the order with over the phone and I told her it was fine! My husband should have also checked to make sure everything was correct. lol. She offered a 2 liter for the inconvenience which was very nice of them since, they didn't have to do that since they made us the correct cheese pizza. A nice older gentleman was there and handed me a 2 liter of Pepsi. My husband always wants Cheezies compared to the bigger chain Pizza Hut also by us bc it's always hot and just tastes better in our opinion. Mistakes happens sometimes and it's really about how businesses fix their mistakes and we'll continue ordering from them! Read moreI called to put an order in for my 7 year olds bday party today. The girl who answered was so rude. I didn’t understand why it was even necessary I was not being mean even after she continued to be rude. I called back in asking if it was okay if I run a bit late to pick it up her response was ..”uhhhh your orders already ready..” I told her I was clear out on maize and making last minute errands. It was a long awkward silence then I said hello and she said “yeah I guess..” I proceeded to still be nice about it but I was already having a bad day. And sometimes I feel like people don’t understand how they treat or speak to people really does make a difference. I just hope the person they have answering the phones from now on has more of an upbeat happy tone cause it almost made me not want to go here ever again. But maybe my next experience won’t be the same I hope. Other than that I’ve never had an issue with their pizza. The only reason why I made a choice to continue to give them my business.
