Subway — Restaurant in Wichita

I stopped by there, around six pm, and McDolalds parking overfull. Not onecar at Subway. Employee came out, washed his hands five seconds, which is not how the hand washing institute says to do it. I turned down and went elsewhere. On the return trip, when I drove by there, McDonalds full, and not one Subway customer. Maybe that is the way it is suppose to be. Will not drive out of my way to go there ever again. Someone told me most of the Subway stores are now SCRUBWAY. I just refuse to educate these folks, as well as pay retail. First off. I waited for 12 mins without anyone saying anything to me. I had to knock on the window before the boy paid attention. He came said are u Virginia. I said yes. He handed me my sandwich and I left. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and there is one and half slices of meat.. I tried to call the store 2 times without any answer. I want my money back. This is the worst sandwich I have ever got. I went ahead and ate the pitiful sandwich cuz I've been at the hospital all day and was starving. So bread and lettuce it was. The boy was very slow. Attitudes are very poor and quality is very inconsistent.

Today I waited in the drive through for over ten minutes for a salad with no cars in the parking lot. There’s barely any chicken but a few tiny chopped pieces in my chicken and bacon salad. Many times I’d barely get any lettuce or spinach and the bowl is barely filled.

There was a very nice man who started working There who changed the whole atmosphere of the place. When he’s not there, it’s completely different, with miserable women giving half assed customer service.
