This food tasted not only traditional, but also extremely flavorful. It has spice, mild is not just tomato puree it has flavor and some heat. Still definitely mild. The chile verde was very spicy to me but also delicious. The salsa was seasoned well, apart from the oregano as I am not a fan . You can tell they are using quality ingredients.
