This food tasted not only traditional, but also extremely flavorful. It has spice, mild is not just tomato puree it has flavor and some heat. Still definitely mild. The chile verde was very spicy to me but also delicious. The salsa was seasoned well, apart from the oregano as I am not a fan . You can tell they are using quality ingredients. We ordered chips and salsa, jumbo burrito, and chimichanga. Hands down our new favorite, we cant wait to try other foods from the variety they have on their menu. One of those unassuming places that without seeing its prior unanimous 5 star reviews would be a total gamble. It is set up like a breakfast diner as it recently replaced one. Guacamole was fresh and is as good as most I’ve had in Mexico. Homemade verde, red, and chile de arbol sauces were provided with chips and tacos. This restaurant is a great place to eat! I haven't had menudo like this in years—the flavor really takes me back home. The menudo here tastes just like what I used to enjoy at my grandmother's house. It has the perfect flavor and is served in generous portions, accompanied by a variety of sides you can add. I also tried their tacos, and they were absolutely delicious.
