Farmers Market — Local services in Wichita

I want to start off on a positive note, so I did get a wonderful large avocado on this trip and limes. Unfortunately, their lettuce and bagged salad weren't so good or their black plums.

I had specifically gone in hoping for marked down meat, but there wasn't anything by mid afternoon

I then checked out their clearance carts and some of the items I checked were not that discounted. I did get lucky with some boxes of raisins.

I always seem to find some interesting items in there and really do enjoy their selection of spices and seasonings.

The have an aisle that has $1.50 cleaning supplies and a $1.00 to $1.50 food stuffs

When I went to check out, young female had out a mirror and brushing her eyelashes.

While I was using the card machine, she went right back to it.. Yes, brushing her eyelashes in the middle of a transaction, she seemed quite bothered by them.

Overall, I will probably go there again because I do enjoy it, it's locally owned,...

Never again! I have bought a big whole chuck roll from this market for 180$. Asked them to make 10lb grind and rest as steaks. Steaks were perfect but they have not used my meat to grind but they made a portion of my meat grind it and put that on the surfe of another type of meat which had 35% fat!!! Completely different color under the grind meat. I am now eating this for a months and I am angry that they did misused my trust to let them prepare my meat. Whenever I make a steak in airfreight without adding any oil it is fine but same amount of grind meat then I get 30% of meat weight as fat! Also although all must have came from same chuck roll that I have paid for, they taste different! The videos show the meat after I brought home and packed them for use. You can see the same chuck roll meat has way more fat in grinded meat. First and last time I have been in this farmer market there!...

After looking all over town for Hilands lemonade I could not find any till I went in Farmers Market. I bought 1/2 gallon at Walmart and it was so good. I was in Wichita Kansas and found out it was locally made, and went to different places and could not find it, I was giving looking until my friend said let's try Farmer Market. Needless to say they had some and I bought 6 1/2 gallons to bring back home with me...
