Theres a girl who always trying to upcharge you, when every other person ive ordered from doesn't do that. Bigger set hispanic shortie. And shes rude.
2 extra bucks to substitute rice for potatos. Which i have been fine with. So to make it make sense, ive been asking for the rice (that was going to go into the burrito anyway) on the side. Which they have been doing! For no extra cost! But this lady be charging for the rice (that wouldve been in the burrito) 2.50 more! How does that make sense?? 4.50 xt for what was going in the burrito and some potatos to substitute for what I actually want in the burrito. She explained it, rather rudely, but it just seems like shes upcharging for no reason when no other employee does that. 💁♂️😐
Substitution for xt cost only makes sense for me when the item im substituting for is of higher quality than what is actually in it.. Like lettuce for guac, or cheese for meat. Rice is essentially more expensive! and the red rice they put takes extra effort -in my opinion- to make! Potatos are cheaper! And to prepare it doesn't take as much effort as making rice and red rice especially. So the added cost of substituting rice for potatos, in the first place, never made any sense to me. She was the only one who started that too because no on else did that before she did it.
Its always one thing that can make or break a place and she really breaks the...
Read moreI have been working one mile from this place for the last seven and a half years, and I kick myself for not exploring it sooner. Everything I have tried here is freaking delicious AF. I've had the carne asada burrito, the chips and queso, the sausage breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, and potatoes. I've had the enchiladas, and the beans and rice sides. The sausage burrito with eggs, cheese, and potatoes was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had in my entire life. It was huge! Absolutely gigantic. Flavorful, and packed with lots of cheesy potatoes, and ample with sausage. Perfectly seasoned, and large enough to last me the entire day. I have to have more! The enchiladas are absolutely perfect as well, a little pricey, but as soon as you taste it, you forget about it. Cheesy, simple and just enough sauce so it compliments the enchilada without overpowering it. The chips and warm queso are so delicious. At a lot of Mexican restaurants, the rice is very dry and flavorless, but the rice here is perfectly cooked, wonderfully seasoned and tasty, especially combined with the beans. I wish I would have ventured to this place sooner. Don't wait, I promise it will...
Read moreI should have left when I was ordering because the lady in drive thru had a bad attitude. I was asking questions or ordering the way I normally order at other places, and she was short with me..and rude…main questions I asked, can I get cheese on tacos…she said our tacos come with cheese and lettuce…can I get flour..all of our tacos are corn…can I get grilled onions…we do not serve those…well ok that’s fine…i get to my room (I’m from Texas), my chicken tacos had no cheese, with I guess was supposed to be pico..,my thing is…why not tell me it’s pico…and yeah where my cheese…my daughter had beef tacos…which it was described as shredded beef with cheese and lettuce on corn…her tacos came that way but it was a crunchy shell…oh I almost forgot the queso and cheese…chips were burnt and the cheese was as thin as water…lol I’m highly disappointed…bad thing is…before we left my daughter asked should we check the food…and I said no we are good…it’s not too much they can do wrong…I WISH I DID!!! I would have saved $26.50. 🙄
Food wasn’t even worth using TJ’s storage in my phone.
