Got our order wrong at pick up window AGAIN. I caught it cuz I KNOW not to drive away until I check cuz it has happened twice before!! Girl was rude about it. Should have adjusted price or thrown in a side salad or something. Instead- told me to go park & come in to get the order in 10 min. So, when I did, all our other food was cold once I got it home & egg rolls had gone soggy- how nice! We paid for THEIR mistake in more than one way?! So rude too-When I came around to window 10 min later & WAITED & waited for someone to come to the window- the girl complained about me giving a quick little honk to get their attention. I was there- waiting AGAIN ( after already waiting 10 min for them to get our order correct!) & She is miffed I honked when they never came to the window?! They have a tiny doorbell on the wall that nobody can reach from their car. So, are you telling me that we should pull our cars over- get out of our car- ring doorbell- then readjust our car back to the pick up window all so I can get our cold food??? Come on, really?! And- she gives me attitude when she KNOWS that THEY messed up our order. They don't care at all if customers are happy with their food Not good customer service!! Inside seating & bathroom cleanliness has always been poor too. Just bad,...

I tried a little bit of the Chef Special, and I'd have to say, I liked it a little better than what I ordered. The problem with mine is the squash wasn't fresh and the fried rice tasted old and slightly bland. Other than that, it was OK. But I'll just say this, the more I ate, the more I enjoyed the meal. I did also really enjoy the sauces that came on the side. The ginger dressing made my Hibachi Chicken a...

The rice, the meat has char stuff stuck on it, it's not good at all. My son swears the place is usually good. Another time I got the combo fried rice, the beef was tough and the chicken dry, but edible at least. Just went there a third time and ordered a habatchi meal and lo mein meal. Lo mein was just ok, kind of extra soft. But the beef habatchi and my fried rice were both AWFUL. There was some taste all through it, extremely bitter. Couldn't even it eat. And they were out of crab rangoons - at 5:15...
