McDonald's — Restaurant in Wichita

Well, this was really a mixed bag of results. On one hand, the store was clean and well kept, and updated. The staff did their job and had the food for the mobile order out quick. On the other hand, like a lit of McDonald's, I could have stood at the counter for a good spell without being noticed, AND there's a big question with the food.

I got two Double Cheeseburgers. After the first, I was saying, "wow. McDonald's is back!" That first burger was really good. It had flavor, it was juicy, you could taste the beef and cheese and all the toppings blended really well. I was prepared to write a review about how Mickie D's just brought their A game back. But then I had the 2nd burger and there's no way you'd think these are the same burger.

Dry, tasteless, toppings bunched, what I did taste just tasted old. I actually questioned whether or not to eat it because it was like that. I don't know how you can have two burgers prepared for the same order come out that different. It was like I got the one left on the warmer since last night with a brand new one fresh off the truck with all newly opened and shipped ingredients.

Coke tastes great, they just gave me a lot of ice so after four sips it was watered down. Here's hoping for a better future result. Super quick and affordable though. That counts...

Got to the drive thru at 10:30. A car was waiting for food in line when we arrived. Nobody answered the drive thru lane for 5 or 6 minutes. Mics kicked on, and no one would respond but we could hear them talking. We pulled forward and went to the window, where we could see multiple workers just chatting. They reluctantly opened the window, looking annoyed, and didnt say anything. We informed them we had been waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. We were told "Oh we are already closed."

To which i responded that Google says they are open until 11, and someone else just got their food after we arrived. The manager was standing next to the worker at the window, and we could her here say "just tell them that the system is down."

Not a single ounce of understanding was shown. We were definitely an annoyance to them. Very poorly handled. I will be driving an extra couple of minutes from now on to hit the next nearest location to my home. This location is consistently dropping the ball on order accuracy. I understand things happen, but this was the first time I left feeling blatantly...

Came in for a real quick dinner.Upon first entering i was extremely disappointed. There was 3 workers standing around,2 of them were with family up there visiting. The other employee walked by us 3different times. Just shooting the breeze, no big deal. Till 5 mins later n were still standing there waiting to order. Till then a lady came from the back. She came out n my face must have said how happy I was because she knew instantly we hadn't been helped. She jumped on them "like what are you guys doing just leaving them standing here!?" After that she was very apologetic even though it wasn't her fault at all on I told her it's okay, not a big deal. anybody who has kids understands when it gets to be that time and the kids have beensince 530 now their hungry. Then they start to get cranky and total meltdown mode sequence will commence 1 hour. It was just almost 8o'clock and my two almost 5 year olds hadn't ate. She even Gave me a lot of barbecue sauce for their chicken nuggets! They were extremely happy then and very clean just needs to work on the...
