Not only was the order wrong but they said it was my fault that the order was wrong. Long story short I called in and ordered 2 pizzas that when I got home from picking them up for my friend his daughter and I to eat. I open them and they are both completely wrong all the way down to the crust Go back tell the girl at the counter and she looks confused when I tell her that both are wrong and says you ordered over the internet and that's what you ordered. I said no I called it in did not order over the internet. I then said let me talk to the manager who again is confused why both pizzas are wrong and says I ordered over the internet and that's what you ordered. I said again no I called it in and did not use the internet to order and both pizzas are wrong now the manager gets even more rude and refuses to make the pizzas the write way the way I ordered them still wont so I just told them to give me my money back. I got a district managers phone number called him and had to leave messages never got a response. THis was a little bit ago I'm patient and wanted to give them time but now this is nuts. Read moreThis was a delivery: The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional! Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef. Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes. The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology. This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years. I also redeemed an order of breadsticks and ordered the Vegetarian Edge pizza with mushrooms on half, and extra onions on the whole thing. When it was delivered the delivery guy was very nice. There was no breadsticks with the order, no marinara, and the pizza had no toppings on one side and just onions on the other half. We called and had them remake the pizza and get my reward breadsticks. The 2nd pizza I got was gummy, the toppings still were not right and no marinara for the breadsticks. When I called back the 2nd time, I asked my money be returned, and they credited the ticket accordingly.
