Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wichita

I don't know what kinda bad day these other reviewers had, but this is my experience: the truth, exactly how it happened:

It is my birthday today so a friend was coming over to hang out and have some pizzas made in our mouth holes. I ordered hesitantly seeing as how this place gets such bad reviews (2/5 anyway), but was promptly assured by the sweetest and most caring voice you ever did hear. Anyway Denise took my order with the utmost care and professionalism and didn't try to shove specials and deals down my throat. She remembered my name throughout the entire call (I know, no big deal right? It happens all the freaking time...) and even told me happy birthday about three times. Haha, I had a great time just making the order out, and now I can't wait to dig in n get my grub on! Thank you Denise for beginning the turn around of an otherwise shitty birthday, and shame on you guys for bad mouthing a good franchise based off of one bad experience.

Horrible experience. Ordered online, 4:45pm said 25 to 35 minutes. They called me to tell me at 5:20 the driver couldn't find my address. Said he was in an area with no houses. Let them know the neighborhood has been around for 10+ years. 25 minutes later still no pizza. Tried calling the store took 10 minutes just to get thru. Spoke to manager, Horrible treatment not customer friendly,rude and short. First off, ordered online as I typically do, after the family decided what they wanted the website was unable to add a big box deal order and we had to start over. Then, after three more attempts to remove additional charges realized the deal is for two medium ONE topping pizzas and one regular bread stick. Website needs more guidance when looking at deals or explaining the deal.
