I have been buying silk arrangements from here for about 15 months for my moms grave. This experience was the worst. First off they tried to charge me double for my order, before it was even made. Then I told them I wanted my order by Friday. I never recieved a call on Friday and by the time I realized what time it was they were closed. I left a message on Friday and waited for a call on Monday. I waited for an hour after they opened to give them time to get their day started. By 10am I called and was told they had not checked their messages yet and when I asked about my order they told me it was done. I asked if the order was done on Friday and she said yes. I asked why I wasnt called and she replied, I thought you were. When I went to pick up my order, it was pretty, but it was nothing that I asked for. When I told them I was unhappy with my experience, I was told they do not call if I request it done by a certain day. I said that's not how it has worked over the last orders I have placed, I always get a call. So basically this was my fault in their eyes and they did nothing to make it right. All I would have liked was a sincere apology. I specifically do not pick up my flowers on the anniversary of my moms passing and was forced to do so today. Today may be just another day for the people at the store, but today marks the day, I lost my mom, a mom lost her daughter, a grandson lost his granny, and the love of their life lost their best friend. You would think being in the floral business they would show empathy, but instead I felt nothing but disrespect. For this reason, I will not be going back...

Moore Flowers always does a wonderful job creating bouquets from the vision I give them over the phone. I called in for my wife’s birthday, told them the colors and types of flowers she loves (light pink, lavender, white), told them my budget, and that I’d be by before they closed to get it. Y’all when I showed up to get the flowers, I was very impressed. When I got home with the flowers, my wife absolutely loved them. Please support this local flower shop. Ordered flowers online, was an easy enough process. It would be nice if there was a notification process to let you know when your delivery is out. I placed mine for the next day and had to call, three times leaving two messages, to change where they would be delivered to because they hadn't loaded the delivery by 2pm. I have heard very good things about this business, and I like to support local stores, but this was a very frustrating experience especially having left contact information so that I could find out where the delivery...
