Food average. I'm not a member of this country club, but my sister is and has been a member for years. She just lost her husband of 50 plus years to a tragic accident. They are well respected in the community and at the country club. I went to pay the tab, but was told by "person in charge" that there would be a 20% surcharge as I'm from out of state and not a member. I asked if they knew what happened to my sister's husband and was told that they were all so sorry. Asked if anybody sent a sympathy card. Can any of you readers guess what the response was?? I was just in Atlanta, where TPC Sugarloaf offers a junior program, and even the country clubs in East Wichita—including one that hosts a Korn Ferry Tour event—provide opportunities for junior golfers.
