I had a disappointing experience when I placed an online order and arrived at the store at the designated time. To my dismay, the employee at the counter informed me that there was no record of my order and suggested that I might be at the wrong location. It was only after someone with more authority intervened and checked the computer system that my order was finally found. Their response was puzzling, as they admitted they were unsure why my order didn't print out.

Furthermore, I was then asked to wait for an additional fifteen minutes while they prepared my order. This delay provided me with the opportunity to share my dissatisfaction through this review. I would have expected some form of compensation or apology for the inconvenience caused by their disorganized system, and the considerable amount of time I had to wait.

Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and underappreciated as a customer. I hope that the establishment takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their processes to provide a more seamless and customer-oriented service...

Who would of thought there was a gourme type of pizza in a gas station??? I never could think know of one but there is!!! Right inside of Kwik shop!!! This one is located on 47th and Seneca. It's definitely a must experience, it's so worth it! The staff there is friendly, the food, omg, the food is GORGEOUS!!! So beautiful!!! It tastes even better!!! Dough isn't frozen, it's all handmade and prepared quickly and you'll have it right away if not within minutes. They even have a seating area where you can sit and enjoy this gourmet pizza. It's beyond mind blowing!!! If you're in the area, please check them out for a quick bite or some pizza to take home for events or a movie...

This pizza is absolutely amazing. I go to this all the time because of how good the pizza is, I would consider it to be the best in town. I've always got fresh slices but they also have strombolis and other stuff too. The pizza slices are massive and one is big enough to fill you up. This used to be in the mall before it closed and since it opened up inside of quickshop I've gone several times a week just to get their pizza. I would say 10/10 on their pizza and bread sticks but I have not tried the strombolis. I would definitely recommend trying it if you've never had their pizza, it's extremely unique and has that New York taste, I don't think you'll be...
