Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Wichita

coming from an ex fast food chain manager x2 different chains i can honestly say this is absolutley unacceptable service ive recently moved near this location ive been here at total of three times and each time ive ordered at least one pretzel being its like the only thing i like they serve and each and every time it has been so dark and hard its totally un freaking edible the first time i didnt think much of it because its bound to happen due to the nature of the service 2nd i was very upset but it was around the same time of day so i figured maybe thats the problem who ever was on that shift wasnt inspecting and enforcing food quality tactics which should be excuted on some sort of system by placing timeholders or something so when food times out it can go to waste and if waste is an issue then the GM and RGM need to reevalute production because the 3rd time i went at a different time sure to have a different shift and it was the same as a the other unedible burnt pretzel something that wouldve been in my waste right away i know they have chart references hanging to make sure the product being served is what Sonic advertises such as color of the pretzel salt placment ect. that being said take it from me folks dont waste your money on food you will 9 out 10 throw away and again i know the struggle working in that type of envioment so im a little easier in judgement because its hard to plz everyone but the service offered right now there is a total FAIL i think the whole staff should be either retrained or repl;aced nothing less because...

Service has really gone downhill in the last few years. The girl that is always taking orders never let's you complete a sentence before interrupting you, so things are always wrong. It takes 5 minutes to order because she won't let you speak. Tonight, we went through and ordered a steak sandwich combo, large sized with chili cheese fries and a Dr. PEPPER and 1 chicken slinger sandwich. We waited and waited, until finally a carhop showed up. He started naming all the items on the receipt which was nothing we ordered. He went back into the store but never came out with our order. After about 10 minutes I pressed the button to ask if they had forgotten us. The girl asked us what we had ordered, so I told her. She said they had no record of that order. I even told her the price she had told me when we ordered because I had that amount of money ready, plus a tip for the carhop. She said, "Oh, well let me see if I can find it around here anywhere." We had already been there for over 25 minutes. We left and went to a different location and won't be back to the W....

Went to this location tonight for dinner and I ordered 3 meals and a pretzel. When the food came out my son’s drink was wrong ok no big deal they went and remade. I checked my husbands burger and it had mayo on it. We asked for no mayo add ketchup and mustard ok no big deal I asked if they could remake it someone even came out to talk to me face to face so they heard what I wanted. When they brought it out I wasn’t thinking about checking it got home and my husband goes to eat it it has mayo on it again. My husband calls and explains to the manager on duty and she calls us a liar and tells him that she offered my coupons and refused them. ( she gave me one coupon for a 99 cent breakfast burrito) not multiple again not the problem when talking to the manager she tells my husband that she made the burger but then goes to tell him that she wiped off the mayo and brought it back to us. He is telling her that she can’t do that and she has to remake it when they mess us. She starts yelling at him and tells him that she will be banning us from her store and then...
